The succession of eight increasingly light hues based on the color KT 12.039 Raw umber black 90 is essential for color design. Natural gray – the second lightest shade – is a reserved, yet elegant background color. If it is used as the sole white in a building, the atmosphere will be quiet and calming. If the color concept calls for a lighter white, then Natural gray can be the dark shade to KT 32.009 China clay white. The placement of darker surfaces within the lighter spaces will enhance the sculptural effect of the architecture.
