Description
The kt.COLOR Emulsion is a water-based, breathable paint made from mineral-based materials and primarily natural pigments. It is ideal for spaces where beauty, tranquility, and materiality are desired.

Notice
For areas with high foot traffic, choose light colors or use the kt.COLOR Satinée colors. The deep matte surface of the kt.COLOR Emulsion is delicate and touches leave light marks.
Subsoil
Suitable substrates: sound old coatings, paintable fleece, wallpaper, plaster, plasterboard, fine plaster, concrete, lime plaster and clay plaster.
Dull glossy surfaces before painting. New plaster, concrete, and masonry surfaces must set for at least 30 days, be fully cured, and have a pH value below 10 before painting.
Construction
Low-absorption, load-bearing, matte coatings:
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Absorbent and differently absorbent, load-bearing, matte coatings:
- Consolidate with M013 Deep Primer
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Glossy, durable coatings, roughened:
- Form a bonding bridge with M010 Acrylic Primer
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Painter's fleece, unpainted paper wallpaper:
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Plaster, plasterboard, white plaster, concrete:
- Consolidate with M013 Deep Primer
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Lime plaster, clay plaster:
- Consolidate with M018 Glue Water
- 2 coats of kt.COLOR emulsion
Processing and consumption

| Delay | The drying time of the paints can be extended by adding 5% M021 propylene glycol retarder. Recommended for the black and metallic paints. |
