KT 21.006 God’s twilight

The spectacular color of granite cliffs as soon as the sun appears on the horizon.

Referenz - Paul Baumann, Neue Farbtonkarte System Prase, between Nos. 16/17, 1928

Farbfunktion - materialization

Wirksamkeit - good under all lighting conditions

Shortly before sunrise, mountainous cliffs facing East will take on this mystic color. This is partly because short-wave violet and blue rays of sunlight are most likely to penetrate the Earth’s atmosphere, so that any objects in the distance will be seen through a screen of blue reflections. Since the rising sun shines forth in brilliant reds, the cliffs will display a glorious overlay of red-orange, blue and violet. "Twilight of the Gods" also refers to the dawn of a new era, a miracle that takes place every single day.

"Their colors are just unbelievably beautiful, whether the sun is shining, or it's rainy weather, or night, with every play of light they look different again. Incredible."
